ssbb theme. rlly.

Copywright infringement on Kalimba Ninja Tuna.

This is a lot better than I thought it would be.

Cool! One thing I would say is to turn up the kick during the drop, as it almost sounds like empty ducking (sidechain) with no kick to go with. Great otherwise!

Great song! Almost feels like DimRain47 in a way. Can't necessarily say to add subbass because I'm listening from a phone (which doesn't pick up bass very well). Anyways, great job!

Okay, I see that you did give credit to the original works, but to say it's not copied would be a lie. You just outright copied parts from songs and still refusing to admit you sampled/stole??? Inspiration does not mean that you took parts from it. You see, various artists and games (GD being one) INSPIRED me to make music. But I don't steal from them. Inspiration means "the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative" (Google). To me, it didn't sound like you were inspired, but rather lazy. I truly hope you can break away from this habit and be more original.

AlphaStormMusic responds:

Keep in mind I said: not COMPLETELY copied. I did copy some melodies in the song. but not all of them. When I was making this one, I was struggling to be completely creative, which is why I changed up a lot of the riffs instead of copying them. That's me basically calling this a remix. A remix generally means a different version of the original. Basically it's that. Just done poorly. If I had blatantly copied the song it would be the exact same song with the key changed, which would also be considered a remix, but not to the extent other people go to. I see your concern, but if you'd read the description properly, you would see what I'd actually said. I will admit I was quite lazy. With my nowadays songs, I do say that I did use some of the melodies from songs. I also admit that I wasn't fully inspired. Although, if you're taking inspiration from something, it's hard not to think of original melodies when you're going through the song you're inspired by for reference. I see your concern, and thanks for opening my eyes. (Took me a while to respond because was thinking of how I want to respond)

The beginning was so soothing to listen to. Yes, the dubstep part did kinda kill the vibe, but good beginning. I think it would have been much better if you would have stuck to the slow, classical style. I hope you keep making music!

This is really good! I love how you did a little bit of dubstep and dance music. Only thing I would change is the "dubstep" speech. But you did very well on this!

You just ripped off Can't Let Go.

Is this Deadlocked (F-777)? I can tell this is based off of it. Be careful, you may get a copyright strike if you're not careful.

DJ-DG responds:

I can tell too... unfortunately I was rather obsessed with that song at the time, so I guess it worked its way into the song... anything that I can do to avoid any copyright issues (like mention the original song or something)?
